Email ravi.budget.official@gmail.com. This is the only official support channel. Please write from the email address you used at checkout and include your order reference if you have it — it is in the confirmation email and in the address bar of the confirmation page.

Support is handled by email only. We reply as soon as we can; we do not run a live chat or a phone line, and anyone claiming otherwise is not us.

How delivery works

Access is sent by email after the payment provider confirms your payment. Delivery is automatic, but the timing depends on the payment provider and on your email provider, so we cannot promise an exact delivery time.

My access email has not arrived

• Check your spam and promotions folders for a message from delivery@ravibudget.com.
• Keep the confirmation page open — once the payment is confirmed, the same access appears there.
• Still nothing, or you mistyped your email address? Email support with the address you used and we will re-send it.
