Who is responsible

RBAA SOLUCOES DIGITAIS LTDA, CNPJ 64.183.935/0001-33, Brazil, is the seller and the party responsible for the data described here. Contact: ravi.budget.official@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Name and email address — you type these in the checkout form. They are required by the payment provider and are how we deliver your purchase.
• Order and payment records — order reference, amount, currency, country, payment method (UPI), payment status and the payment provider's transaction identifiers. We never receive or store your UPI ID, card number or bank credentials; the payment itself happens on the payment provider's own page.
• Anti-abuse signal — your IP address is not stored. We store only a one-way, salted hash of it, used to limit repeated checkout attempts.
• Delivery record — whether the delivery email was sent, when, and whether it failed. Error messages are masked before being stored.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, we do not sell or rent your data, and we do not ask for any sensitive personal data.

Why we use it

• To take your payment and confirm it (performance of the purchase contract).
• To deliver the product to you by email and to re-send it if you ask.
• To answer support requests and handle refund requests.
• To prevent abuse of the checkout and to keep accounting and tax records.

Who else processes it

• Zenith Payments — processes the payment and sends us confirmation of it. Your payment credentials stay with the provider.
• Resend — sends the delivery and support emails.
• Our hosting and database provider — stores the order records described above.

These providers act on our instructions. Because they and we operate from different countries, your data may be processed outside India.

How long we keep it

• Name and email: 18 months after the payment, then automatically anonymised.
• Hashed IP: 90 days, then deleted.
• Payment confirmation records received from the provider: 24 months, then stripped of buyer details.
• Financial record of the transaction (order reference, amount, currency, payment method, status, dates): kept for up to 10 years, as required for tax, accounting and payment-dispute purposes.

The clean-up runs automatically once a day. It removes the personal fields and keeps the financial record intact.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, to give you a copy, or to delete it. Write to ravi.budget.official@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout.

We will honour a deletion request for your personal details. We cannot delete the financial record of a completed purchase while we are legally required to keep it, or while a refund, chargeback or dispute is open. In those cases we anonymise everything we can and keep only the transaction data.

Security

Payment credentials never touch this website. Order data is stored in a database that is not reachable from the browser, and access to the purchase page is protected by a single-use link and a secure session cookie. We do not publish technical details of these controls.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.
